Fairytale Themed Wedding Favors
When planning a fairytale-themed wedding, it may be necessary to pour in more time and effort in carrying out your vision than say maybe color-based wedding theme. Remember that fairytales are all about magic enchantment, true love and happy endings, all of which must be captured down to the last detail of your wedding.
And what better way to capture such a major event than with your wedding favors. And since the cost of wedding favors can certainly turn your fairytale dream into your worst nightmare if you’re not careful, you can use laminated wedding bookmarks instead to blend your fairytale theme into your wedding favors and capture the scene and romance with beautiful graphics that your guests will truly appreciate, while staying on track with your savings.
There are various ways in which personalized bookmarks can provide a delightful air throughout a fairytale wedding theme. After all, fairytales are from storybooks, therefore, bookmarks are good companion accents.
First, you can announce save-the-dates with custom bookmarks. Save-the-dates announcements, while not really necessary, are simply used as a way to tell those on your guest list that you have set the wedding date and you would like them to save the date on their calendars and to be looking for the formal invitation to come later.
Second, you could send wedding-themed bookmarks as the wedding invitations themselves, printed with the specifics of the ceremony such as the date, time, location, the couple’s names and a short poem. These special bookmarks would be well-suited for a small gathering of just a few close friends, for example, followed by an intimate dinner or simply a toast and Hors d’oeuvres following the exchanging of vows.
Wedding bookmarks can also be enclosed as complementary to the wedding invitations, especially if you aren’t enclosing any other additional pieces to the invitations such as hotel or inn accomodations or directions to the venue.
Third, you can give personalized bookmarks as wedding favors, either as your main favor or as an embellishment to other favors like candies or candles. You can choose your favorite fairytale photo, graphic and verse to have printed on your bookmark favors and give your guests a gift with practicality and usefulness, as well as a keepsake they will have for years later. Your bookmarks can be designed with the look and feel of a lavishly embellished thank you favor while spending wisely and staying within your budget. Your guests will also appreciate not only your thoughtfulness, but your efficiency when carefully considering your selection of favors.
To add some panache to your bookmark favors, you can thread tassels to through the top to coordinate with the color motif of the wedding. Or you may include special bookmarks along with a favorite book of fairytales for your young guests.
