Any thoughts on disposables like the masterpiece china for my wedding reception. Rentals are expensive!!?
I am not talking about paper plates!! I am refering to the imposter china that has the look of real china. I just don’t want it to take away from the “class” or elegance of my reception.
Some of those DO look real! =)
I say… you have to really weigh the pro’s and con’s. How much would a rental cost you, and is that really so important to you that you want to spend that amount?
Or, another way to think of it… the money that you might save using “alternative china” could be used toward creative centerpieces or something else that will make your reception more memorable.
Think about what is most important to you…. and if you aren’t crazy about the look of the plates, there are probably lots of ways you can decorate the venue and the tables to distract away from the plates. Besides, the plates will be covered with food, right? =)
