Ideas for wedding day?
Does anybody have some good ideas for wedding guest bonboniere? I have been looking around and so far I haven’t been able to come up with ideas beyond the obvious lolly bars, stubby holders, candles etc.Also does anybody have any good ideas for first dance songs and games that we can get the guests playing to win the garter and bouquet? Our wedding is 8 months away so we have time to plan and make bonbonieres. Any ideas would be appreciated

Good favour ideas: I suggest something edible, to be perfectly blunt with you I have a drawer full of shot glasses with the bride and grooms name on them, candles, coasters, playing cards, you name it. I appreciate the gesture of a wedding favour but when I get them home they just go in that drawer and gather dust there Can I assume that because you mentioned stubby holders that you are Australian like me? Perhaps you could go with something like this:

Game to play to win the garter and the bouquet: how about a “How well do you know the bride and groom quiz? Come up with questions from the time you first met, where you went on your first date, your favourite restaurant to go to together, that sort of thing.
First dance song: Need a bit more information here, do you want something slow and romantic, do you want to do one of those silly , fun “start out serious, then break in to something like Baby Got Back” type wedding dances, or something else?
