Has anyone used battery lanterns for wedding reception?
Whats the difference between glass bulbs and LED?

LED’s last much longer when using batteries.
But beware, even with LED’s the light does get dim. If your wedding is outdoors, it won’t be enough to illuminate the place, unless you have millions of them.
I’m a DJ and I have seen several couples use these at parties. After about the 4th or so hour, depending on the batteries you use, they do start getting dim.
As for the glass bulbs, they run hotter and they drain the batteries a lot faster.
