How should I decorate the church for the ceremony? (pews..etc)?
Since I will be have a very large wedding.. i decided to not use my florist for decorating the church and will decide to do that on my own. I did order 2 altar arrangements and I didn’t mind doing that.
My colors are yellow, pinks, ivory, and a touch of greenery (light green).
I need some ideas for the pews
Hi. As a church secretary, my first advice would be to call the church and find out what their guidelines are for decorating the sanctuary (pews.) Some have specific do’s and dont’s, so call and find out first.
If you have already done that and it’s OK, then you have a few options.
Many simply get the pew bows and attach them to the ends of the pews. If this is a large church, you may want to go with one on every other pew. Here is a photo:

There are many, many sellers of these on Ebay. They will even coordinate some silk flowers in the middle to match one of your wedding colors.

Of all of the above, I like the second photo that I gave you. It’s very simple; something that you can make yourself; and very inexpensive!
