Get Dressed For a Halloween Party
When we were kids, we would look forward to that one day in October that seemed magical and we would indulge ourselves in the happiness of decorating, carving jack-o-lanterns, planning our costumes and attending parties. Halloween is the one day of the year when you can be anyone or anything and eat candy until your stomach aches right? So what happens when you become adults? I’m sure most of you would probably not eat that much of candy anymore. There are things that not so socially acceptable for adults to do during Halloween anymore. You’re forced into the world of adult Halloween: helping kids with costumes, chaperoning their parties, and handing out candy instead of collecting it and plus- you have to fork out money just to give away the candy to other kids.
How do you really enjoy Halloween parties. Date is most important factor. Should it be organized on Halloween night only? The Halloween weekend you organize should be planned accordingly. Make sure that you have sent invitation cards in advance to all of your guests. It becomes mandatory if you wish the attendees should wear costumes of your choice. Most Halloween costume ranges from poodle skirts to embellished marks. In case you have some reservations for dress items you must brief the condition with genuine reason. Urge the couples to wear Halloween couple’s costumes instead. In case your participants are single girls and boys Halloween women’s costumes and men’s costumes would do. Your party becomes more exciting when you set a tradition of special dressing.
It is not difficult to design party invites if you have abundant time. Order them in advance or book online. You can buy invites from stores. Various categories of Halloween party kits are available. Invitations, napkins, plates and decoration must be funny and qualitative. Manage time to prepare them and make ransom-note style invitations. Ask your friends to assist you in cutting different shapes of witches’ hats or black cats. Write party details on them through white gel pen. It will look unique and will give personal touch. You can purchase a can of granite-look spray paint. Do paint tombstone-shaped cutout and write party details but make sure they dry before use.
Your Halloween celebration is benchmark in 21st century through emailing ideas. Avoid paper invitations and go for e-invitations to go with the ongoing trend. Frankenstein is a better choice. You can fill such costumes by foam and can add weight in it below fro better stability. Keep it in mind that Halloween should not be celebrated with brightened lights. Keep the atmosphere darkened with cooler lights by replacing normal ones with some coloured light including red or green. Black lights can be better option for that special look. Candles offer excellent Halloween atmosphere but you should be choosy in their selection. Don’t use wax candles. Purchase light candles and fix them properly at particular fixtures which are powered through batteries or electricity and are sufficient.
Have you located special property which helps you light up properly like centerpieces or hanging skeleton? Put extra effort by colouring them creatively in special colours. Select character foil balloons with desired images like spiders or ghosts rather than having normal latex balloons. Arrange special food by consulting your caterer in prior and requesting them the exact requirement. Even catering staffs too must dress up in Halloween costumes to match the theme. Ask waitresses to wear sexy women’s costumes of a sexy waitress or sexy vampire in party. Likewise waiters too must wear adult men’s costumes such as Count Dracula on this occasion.
