Should I get a second dress for the reception?
I have a lovely dress that I love but the wedding dress has a chapel train. http://www.davidsbridal.com/Product_Satin-A-line-Halter-with-Split-Front-T9218_Bridal-Gowns-Features-Personalize-Your-Look-Color-Accents I worry that I will be fussing with it all night and worrying over it getting stepped on (I hope to donate my dress if it is nice enough afterward). I have heard that a reception dress is becoming popular but I don’t really know if that seems weird.
I also had my gown with a cathedral train. I found a seamstress that could bustle it ( and we practiced with my mother and moh, and I wore the dress all night, no problem!
