Outdoor Wedding
if you have an outdoor sunset wedding what exactly is the appropriate reception to have?
should it be right after the cermony or the next day? i’m not sure, i went to one outdoor wedding where they had picnic baskets sitting on the tables & it turned out to be a picnic reception, boom box & all, i know it sounds tacky, but it was tastefully done. but i’ve never been to a sunset wedding before. but we agreed to have a sunset wedding complete with releasing doves at the sunset.

it’s a june sunset wedding so it will be about 8p
i’d have just a small dessert type reception, not even a reception, i’d just have it at a park or something similar, then i’d have small petit fours on platters for them to enjoy with small beverage napkins, maybe punch, or wine, but wine isn’t appr. with out food, so i’d just have some small candies and such for everyone to chose from with maybe punch
