Is there any iPod Touch application that let us draw on a picture from your photo library?

I want a iPod Touch application like paint for windows. I want to be allowed to choose a picture or photo from my photo library ob my iPod Touch and draw on it. Remeber I wan ti be able to do it on my iPid Touch. Is tere any application that works like this?
