Cake Stand Pizza
ahhhh is this wayy too much food?!?
okay i can’t stand when i do this..but i cant help it..on the days i work i don’t get to eat much but just small meals …for example 2 days ago all i had was oatmeal, a turkey subway, a piece of pizza, an apple, & a handful of chex mix…which isn’t a lot at all…then here is what i ate today..
b-oatmeal
l-peanut butter & jelly on light wheat bread & an apple
d-3 small stuffed cheese shells, small salad w/dressing, 2 small pepperoni rolls, like 10 pretzels (i was at a party)
dessert: a HUGE piece of icecream cake (ahh i know, i couldnt help it)
snacks: a fat free vanilla capp, a serving of chex mix, 1/2 bowl of cereal, & half of a cinnamon streusel cake. ahhhh my tummy actually hurts. is this way too much food? about how many calories?
yes thats alot of food. calories depends on the brand of the food.different brands have different calories!
