Wedding Bearer
His dog will be the ring bearer in our wedding……?
How should I list it on the program?
I’d like something different and I was thinking “Ring Carrier”
Would that be ok or should I keep it as “ring bearer”?
Has anyone else used a dog in their wedding as a ring bearer? How did it go? Did you “clothed” them?
Yes we are serioulsy going to do it. we have gone through and through why we SHOULD NOT do this but in the end, the dog is his “kid” and I love her to death. We both are huge animals lovers. Shes a very good dog and its an imformal wedding and very short.
My brother and sister in law had their pitbull Sadie be the ring bearer – and I (his sister) walked her down the aisle. LMAO…it was great. We got her a spiked diamond studded collar and I made a leash out of ribbon in their colors and she had a corsage on her neck with the rings.
She is very well trained, so she just layed there right beside them near the groomsmen until the preacher asked for the ring, and then the best man leaned down and took the rings off the collar.
I walked Sadie down the aisle after the groomsmen and bridesmaids went so she could be near the best man. Then the bride walked.
I like Ring Carrier or Ring Canine on the progams.
